05 May 2010 This Thursday, Life in Kosovo will broadcast a debate on the student parliament elections for the University of Prishtina, UP.
What are the three main promises of the candidates running in the campaign? What would they do to improve the conditions and protect students’ interests? What are the plans of the candidates for improving the conditions of the student centre?
How has the budget dedicated to the student parliament been managed to date and who is financing the election campaigns of the 11 organisations running?

Climate Change
This December, representatives of around 192 countries gathered in Copenhagen, Denmark for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC) to forge agreement on a Protocol determining how to collectively combat climate change. This will replace the Kyoto Protocol which expires in 2012, and hopefully correct its shortcomings.
